About the Role

BON Cafe - Modern BON Co is seeking a Revenue Collection Accountant to join its Financial Department in Taif, Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the daily collection and reconciliation of revenues from company branches.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to collect daily revenues from BON Cafe branches in Taif. The accountant will be responsible for matching these collections with financial reports and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring that all due amounts are deposited according to approved financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and collect daily revenues from company branches in Taif, adhering to approved financial procedures.
2. Reconcile collected amounts with daily sales reports and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
3. Verify the accuracy of received amounts, identify any financial discrepancies, and promptly report them to the relevant management.
4. Deposit collected revenues into the company's approved bank accounts, following established procedures.
5. Monitor branch compliance with revenue submission deadlines.
6. Document all receipt and submission operations, maintaining necessary financial documents and receipts.
7. Coordinate with branch managers to address any observations or discrepancies related to revenues.
8. Safeguard financial amounts and documents entrusted, assuming responsibility for financial custody in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
9. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.

Work Environment and Conditions

The employee is required to travel between company branches within Taif as business needs dictate. Adherence to the company's approved financial policies and procedures is mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Taif, Makkah.
