Job Description

Structural

Design of the building's structural system.
Calculation of loads (dead, live, wind, and seismic as needed).
Design of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural walls.
Preparation of structural drawings and reinforcement schedules.
Soil review and selection of appropriate foundation type.
Ensuring the design complies with approved engineering codes.
Monitoring the execution of structural works on site.
Addressing structural problems that may arise during execution.
