Accountant

About the Role

PROVEN is seeking an Accountant to support a leading provider of integrated healthcare solutions. This full-time position is based in Makkah, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting activities, with an emphasis on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general accounting responsibilities.

Role Purpose

The Accountant will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, and performing reconciliations. This role is essential for supporting the smooth and timely execution of the company’s financial operations within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
• Support day-to-day general accounting operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Process and record accounting transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support financial reporting and accounting-related requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting transactions and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Support the Finance team with additional accounting activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general accounting.
• Experience within the Medical Equipment industry is highly preferred.
