Activation & Events Senior Associate

About the Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking an Activation & Events Senior Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves supporting the planning and execution of engaging events and experiences across our malls. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in event management and activation.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the planning and execution of mall activations and promotional campaigns. These initiatives are designed to enhance the customer experience and increase footfall across Cenomi Centers properties. The Senior Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver events that align with approved objectives and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mall events and seasonal activations in accordance with the approved marketing calendar.
• Prepare comprehensive event execution plans, including schedules and logistical arrangements.
• Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all planned activities.
• Collaborate with mall teams to ensure operational readiness and secure all necessary approvals and permits.
• Oversee event setup, on-site execution, and dismantling processes.
• Support tenant participation in various events and promotional activities.
• Monitor event budgets and maintain delivery standards throughout the execution phase.
• Track attendance and customer engagement metrics, preparing post-event reports with recommendations for future activities.
• Ensure all event branding and promotional materials adhere to company guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, marketing activations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute events effectively.
• Experience working with internal teams and external partners.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, within a dynamic retail environment. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve event objectives.
