Assistant Brand Manager Chocolate & Bakery

About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager, Chocolate & Bakery, to join the team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves implementing brand strategy aligned with the company's vision to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement brand strategy for designated brands in collaboration with cross-functional global and regional teams.
• Support profit and loss management and contribute to future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
• Develop product and packaging initiatives and implement pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
• Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans.
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans to meet revenue, profit targets, and market share objectives.
• Monitor brand and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in brand management, marketing planning, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and brand positioning.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing communication and 360-degree campaigns.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Understanding of commercial plans, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
