Asst. Team Leader

About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking an Asst. Team Leader to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of supplies and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily receiving, storing, and issuance of supplies.
• Ensure all supplies are accurately logged, rated, and checked according to agreed specifications.
• Verify that all items are posted as per requisition requirements.
• Oversee proper storage of items, adhering to the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principle for in-house issuance and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) for other station supplies.
• Confirm that all items are issued correctly, meet requirements, and are properly labeled.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding daily requisitions and stock needs.
• Record and report operation-critical information, such as nil stock and critical stock levels, to the reorder person.
• Conduct random stock checks to ensure inventory integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety, and maintain clean and well-kept facilities.
• Actively participate in monthly and yearly inventory counts for Food Stores, Non-Food Stores, and Sub Stores.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage supply chain operations.
• Understanding of inventory management principles (FEFO, LIFO).

• Attention to detail in logging, checking, and issuing supplies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
