About the Role

Richemont is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead a team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience to foster an exceptional client experience, cultivate a positive employee environment, and drive sustainable business results through strong clienteling strategies.

Core Mission and Objectives

The primary mission of the Boutique Manager is to create a unique and memorable client experience within the boutique. This involves implementing a robust clienteling approach to achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth. The role also focuses on developing a fulfilling employee experience for the boutique team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to growing the brand's reputation and desirability through market engagement and client events.
  • Initiate and manage boutique events and partnerships to increase sales and foot traffic.
  • Monitor the local business environment and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Drive and oversee all CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, leading by example.
  • Build and expand the VVIP client database.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative performance targets aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop and implement action plans to meet Maison and boutique sales targets.
  • Drive, monitor, and report on boutique performance, sharing in-depth business insights.
  • Set performance targets for the team and individuals using relevant KPIs.
  • Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
  • Ensure adherence to all brand and Richemont procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's image with clients and the retail community.
  • Serve as a key contact for interactions with the Group and International HQ.
  • Adhere to the established values and presentation rituals of the Maison.

Team Leadership and Development

The Boutique Manager is responsible for designing the optimal boutique organization, recruiting suitable profiles, and proactively developing a talent pipeline. This includes fostering positive team relationships by understanding and addressing individual motivations and concerns. Identifying training needs and curating personalized development plans are crucial. The manager will develop a business-oriented approach through coaching and role-playing to enhance individual and team performance, while motivating the team and reinforcing engagement around the Maison's strategy and vision.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of clienteling, business development, and boutique operations management is essential. The ability to lead and develop a team, while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity, is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in a Richemont boutique located in Jeddah.
