Richemont is seeking a Boutique Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah. Role Overview

The Boutique Manager is responsible for developing and maximizing the performance of the boutique. This includes achieving sales, profit, and strategic objectives. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the turnover and profitability development of the boutique.
• Generate sales both inside and outside the boutique, including presentations to VIP clients and in palaces.
• Control discounts and general expenses within the boutique.
• Conduct performance analysis, KPI development, and SWOT analysis for the boutique.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with direct contact with Royals and Collectors.
• Ability to implement customer relationship programs with boutique teams.
• Demonstrated capability in improving database registration, both in quantity and quality.
• Proficiency in executing professional Customer Service and After Sales Service within the boutique.

Experience and Work Type

This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Jeddah.
