The Role of Boutique Manager
Nestlé Nespresso is seeking a Boutique Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for driving excellent results across all areas of boutique operations, including team building, key performance indicators, and overall operational efficiency.
Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service level targets for the boutique.
- Maximize guest frequency, sales, and the acquisition of new club members.
- Drive sales of capsules, accessories, and machines within the boutique.
- Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of coffee and NESPRESSO products.
- Continuously evaluate the quality of service and provide individual feedback to Boutique Specialists.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead the implementation of company programs by motivating and instructing the team to meet operational and organizational objectives.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service consistent with the brand image.
- Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate appropriate responsibilities to the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide coaching and direction to the team to achieve operational goals.
- Consistently review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, and create corresponding action plans.
- Recruit, hire, and train the boutique team.
Operational Management
- Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure boutique operations and customer service goals are met.
- Establish annual sales forecasts and capacity planning in collaboration with the regional boutique manager.
- Utilize analytical tools and financial reports to identify and address inventory and sales trends.
- Apply operational tools to plan for and achieve excellence in staffing, scheduling, monthly reporting, cash management, and inventory management.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the boutique, ensuring team compliance.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly physical stock inventories, place orders, and verify deliveries to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Deliver all requested weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the correct functionality of all IT systems.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a management role, preferably within a retail or boutique environment.
