The Hostess Role

The Hostess position at Shangri-La Jeddah involves creating memorable dining experiences for guests within the Food & Beverage outlets, in adherence to Shangri-La Standards. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and requires 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and create positive dining moments.
• Prepare the restaurant for service operations.
• Coordinate effectively with the culinary team to facilitate timely guest service.
• Manage billing processes accurately and ensure proper posting.
• Adhere to Shangri-La Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Support colleagues in the successful operation of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining smooth meal operations.
