Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper payment recording.
  • Maintain thorough records of all transactions and daily cash balances.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling procedures to secure transactions and records.
  • Process payments for vehicle services and transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and services offered.
  • Support the finance officer in coordination with banks and insurance companies.
