Center Director

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Center Director to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in healthcare delivery. The Center Director will serve as an effective change agent, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, including strategy, business planning, and financial management.

Role Overview

The Center Director will be instrumental in the development and implementation of the ambulatory center's strategic plan. This position involves overseeing the overall coordination and administration of workflow, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and managing the center's resources and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer overall workflow within the center.
• Oversee and implement Fakeeh Care policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with national and international accreditation requirements (*, CBAHI, JCI, CHI).
• Manage requests for medications, supplies, and equipment based on the ambulatory center's needs and Fakeeh Care policies.
• Lead staff recruitment in alignment with work needs, approved manpower, and Fakeeh Care policies.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, and DAMA data, developing corrective action plans as needed.
• Implement and monitor clinical and administrative performance indicators, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans for suboptimal performance.
• Plan and coordinate continuing education activities and training for staff based on needs assessments.
• Manage and control the budget for clinic services, resources, and facilities.
• Submit required reports to administration.
• Contribute to local and group committees.
• Ensure the center maintains compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide a safe and functional environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Lead staff engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and loyal workforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare delivery.
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery elements, including strategy, business planning, operations, and financial management.
