About the Role

TECH FIRST GROUP is seeking a Channel Account Manager - SI Partners to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting and driving high-volume AV and ELV projects across the region, working closely with system integrators and other key stakeholders.

Role Context and Focus

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for managing AV/ELV opportunities from initial project identification and BOQ analysis through to proposal submission and commercial closure. The position requires hands-on engagement with consultants, contractors, and channel partners to ensure project success and maintain strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop volume AV & ELV project opportunities across the Western Saudi provinces.
• Coordinate with system integrators, MEP contractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantity (BOQs), pricing, technical submittals, and commercial proposals, including handling proof of concept (POC).
• Track projects from the early design/specification stage through execution and handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV & ELV system integration.
• Strong understanding of channel partner-based projects and tender workflows.
• Working knowledge of AV and ELV technologies and solutions.
• Mandatory experience within the KSA market.
