Foreground Consultancy is partnering with an established organization in Jeddah to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO004). This is a full-time, senior leadership position focused on strengthening financial governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organization's long-term business growth.

About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer will report to senior leadership and oversee the organization’s finance function. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, the effectiveness of internal controls, and sound financial management across all operations. The CFO will also act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, guiding capital allocation and shaping long-term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance function, ensuring integrity of financial reporting and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting.
• Drive improvements in finance processes, systems, and governance.
• Strengthen the organization’s financial infrastructure and ensure technology supports timely reporting and informed decision-making.
• Guide capital allocation and manage banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Shape the long-term financial strategy of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO or Deputy CFO within a complex, multi-entity organization.
• A recognized professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to a full-cycle ERP implementation, including requirements definition, process design, implementation, go-live, and post-implementation optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial governance, and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in treasury management, structuring credit facilities, and managing banking relationships.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate financial insights into clear business decisions.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
