As a Club Receptionist in Jeddah, you will play a key role in upholding these standards within our fitness and recreation areas. This is a full-time position.

Role Summary

The Club Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the hotel's fitness and recreation facilities. This role ensures guest satisfaction by providing a well-maintained environment, offering information, and promoting a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris from the area.
• Ensure an adequate supply of cups and water is available in the recreation area.
• Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures, and distribute lockers and towels to guests.
• Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment, informing the supervisor or manager of low stock items.
• Provide guests with information about available recreation facilities and activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere while enforcing the rules and regulations of the recreation facility for guest safety and welfare.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and communicate professionally, including answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.
