Concrete Equipment Engineer

About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire two Concrete Equipment Engineers to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on providing technical expertise and support for SANY concrete equipment. The role involves a combination of on-site work and technical documentation, ensuring the reliable operation of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SANY concrete equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and repair.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system issues.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and delivery of new concrete equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operation.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and service teams.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers, operators, and technicians when required.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to resolve complex equipment issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SANY procedures, technical standards, and safety requirements.
• Travel to customer sites and project locations when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
• Relevant experience with concrete machinery, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.

Work Environment and Travel

This position requires a willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed to support customer sites and project locations. The role involves both independent work and collaboration with internal technical and service teams.
