Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Manager - Industrial to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing and managing all aspects of construction operations for industrial projects. The role focuses on ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will lead diverse teams and engage with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce on-site safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure optimal quality and pricing.
• Track and monitor project progress and performance using project management software, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering open communication.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and team members, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of project management practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on industrial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction operations from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, safety protocols, and quality standards.
