About the Role

DP World is seeking a Coordinator, Transportation to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves coordinating transportation schedules and driver assignments to ensure safe and timely service delivery.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate all aspects of transportation, including scheduling, route planning, and driver allocation. The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate daily transportation schedules and routes effectively.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation with drivers to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor driver attendance and punctuality to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of trips and fuel usage.
• Support emergency transport arrangements as required.
• Liaise with village residents to accommodate special transportation requests.
• Report incidents and performance issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in transportation coordination or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active coordination within a dynamic transportation environment.
