About the Corporate Communication Specialist Role
Tamer Group is seeking a Corporate Communication Specialist to join its team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to the company's communication strategies and brand management.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Corporate Communication Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic internal and external communication plans. The primary objective is to build, promote, and protect the corporate image and brand reputation of Tamer Group. This role ensures that messaging is consistent across all platforms, enhances engagement with stakeholders, and strengthens brand equity within a competitive and regulated market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute internal and external communication initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.
- Design and create communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and visual assets.
- Manage the Group's social media channels and website content.
- Coordinate corporate events, ensuring consistent brand implementation.
- Monitor communication initiatives and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support communication and branding objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Public Relations, or a similar professional capacity.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication abilities.
- Experience managing digital communication channels and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is structured to provide a comprehensive experience in corporate communications within the Tamer Group.
