The Role: Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator

AmCan International Group is seeking a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing data entry tasks and coordinating warehouse operations to ensure efficient processing and delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data into the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team on order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar data entry or coordination role.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
