About the Role

Big Fish Consult is seeking a Digital Product Manager Destination to lead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of customer-facing digital products. This full-time role, based in Jeddah or Makkah, is critical for supporting a world-class destination experience. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms, ensuring exceptional user experiences while meeting business objectives. This position requires a commercially minded product professional with strong experience in product ownership and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of customer-facing digital products.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, portals, and integrated digital services.
• Ensure digital products deliver exceptional user experiences and align with business objectives.
• Optimize customer journeys and manage digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, UX/UI specialists, marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Deliver innovative digital experiences to enhance visitor engagement and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or Customer Experience.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products, including websites, mobile applications, portals, or digital platforms.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous enhancements.
• Strong Agile delivery experience within Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, technology, and business teams.
• Exposure to enterprise digital ecosystems integrating CRM, payment gateways, ERP platforms, CMS, APIs, and operational systems.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred Attributes

• Product Management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Agile Product Management, or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, or Digital Transformation are advantageous.
• Experience within destination development, tourism, hospitality, real estate, smart cities, government digital services, or large customer-facing organizations.

Work Details

This is a full-time position with Big Fish Consult. The role is based in either Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
