About the Role of DJ

Marriott International is seeking a DJ to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through music, complementing the food and beverage offerings. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guests enjoy their experience.
• Manage the overall atmosphere and ambiance through music selection and performance.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over various surfaces.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The role requires physical stamina, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Tasks involve moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The DJ will also manage equipment, requiring the ability to read and visually verify information. A hands-on approach is necessary, involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. These duties are essential for delivering consistent service to guests and supporting business operations.
