Badael Company is seeking an Export Manager Global to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position for a professional with significant experience in global supply chain and export operations.

Role Purpose

The Export Manager Global is responsible for overseeing global supply planning, warehouse management, logistics, and export operations. The primary objective is to ensure the timely availability, proper storage, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods across various international markets. This role involves aligning supply plans with demand and production requirements, optimizing inventory and logistics performance, and managing supply risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global supply planning to meet international demand and production schedules.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials and finished goods.
• Direct logistics activities, including transportation and distribution, across international markets.
• Lead export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and timely delivery.
• Align supply plans with demand forecasts and production capabilities.
• Optimize inventory levels and logistics performance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve service, cost, and operational efficiency targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in export management, global supply planning, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international supply chains.
• Proven track record in optimizing inventory and logistics performance.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a commitment to managing global operations effectively.
