Zad Holding is seeking an F&B Creative & Innovation Specialist to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about food trends, product innovation, and enhancing customer experiences. The specialist will play a key role in transforming market insights into tangible product offerings and brand experiences.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive innovation within our food and beverage portfolio. The F&B Creative & Innovation Specialist will be responsible for identifying emerging trends and translating them into new products, seasonal collections, gifting concepts, and memorable brand experiences. This position requires a proactive approach to product development and a focus on market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on global and local food, dessert, and consumer trends.
• Identify opportunities for innovative ice cream flavors, cake concepts, seasonal collections, and gifting products based on trend analysis.
• Develop creative gifting products and limited-edition offerings.
• Develop and manage packaging concepts and enhancements, balancing shelf appeal, brand consistency, and cost for all product lines.
• Analyze competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to facilitate product development from concept to launch.
• Lead product trials, collect customer feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of professional experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in food trends, product development, and customer experience.
• Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable product ideas.
