Factory Supervisor

About the Role

Leaf Global Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires a strong technical background in factory operations, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and both electrical and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily operations and maintain equipment reliability within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure continuous and efficient machine performance.
• Operate and maintain medical waste treatment equipment, including incinerators and autoclaves.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial shredding and cutting machines.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns, performing necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory machinery and heavy equipment.
• Ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in factory operations and industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with incinerators, autoclaves, and industrial shredding machines.
• Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns during continuous operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise daily factory operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working in a dynamic factory setting focused on environmental services, specifically medical waste treatment.
