The Role of Production Supervisor

MBRF is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves overseeing production operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions within the Production Department.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to assigned production line(s).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of control points, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production.
• Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Manage process and material flows, and work to maximize equipment utilization.
• Help develop, update, and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
• Ensure employees are trained for their work and that training is documented.
• Escort audits within the sector and implement corrective actions in case of deviation.
• Focus on continuous process improvement, utilizing PDCA and other tools, and lead the process by connecting all necessary stakeholders, including equipment suppliers.
• Provide appropriate supervision.
• Identify risks and hazards arising from projects and activities.
• Prepare and implement identified control measures.
• Provide appropriate personal protective equipment to relevant personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, within a dynamic food production environment.
