The Finance Business Partner Specialist Role

The Finance Business Partner Specialist will be instrumental in bridging financial expertise with operational needs. This role involves managing interactions with external entities, fostering enhanced collaboration among internal organizational units, and providing critical financial insights. The specialist will contribute to strategic decision-making by preparing and presenting financial data, offering recommendations, and ensuring financial compliance across various projects and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage requests from external entities and enhance interaction between organizational units.
• Prepare financial reports, present financial data, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop business cases for proposed projects, evaluate financial implications, and provide recommendations.
• Support Strategic Planning in validating feasibility studies for investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports, analyze data periodically, and submit findings to support decision-making.
• Identify and report operational risks, recommend corrective actions, and ensure financial alignment with relevant policies and procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should demonstrate a solid track record in finance, equipped to handle the complexities of this business partnering role.

• Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering roles.
