Financial Analyst

About the Role

Binladin International Holding Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with international standards and internal policies. This role involves supporting financial data validation and assisting with audit processes and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including statements of financial position, income, cash flow, and changes in equity.
• Develop financial statement notes, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Review general ledger balances to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Ensure financial statements adhere to IFRS, internal accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the collection and validation of financial data from various departments and subsidiaries.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation, and respond to external audit requests.
• Assist in enhancing financial reporting templates, controls, procedures, and closing processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Demonstrated understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive financial statements.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily located in Makkah, with responsibilities that may involve coordination with activities in Jeddah. The role operates within a professional corporate setting.
