Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is expanding its operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to join its facility in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery center, contributing to the efficient processing of customer orders.

Role Context

The Operations Specialist drives the operational flow on the ground, playing a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed and dispatched at every stage of the supply chain. This position offers a varied and challenging environment where daily tasks can differ based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service delivery for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas, such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, or work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Capable of frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring on-site presence within a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery center. The role involves physical activity and adherence to a flexible work schedule to support continuous operations.
