About the Role
Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Government Relation Representative to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to ensuring smooth interactions with government agencies, representing the company and its employees in all official capacities.
Role Purpose and Context
The core function of the Government Relation Representative is to manage and follow up on all government-related transactions, including processing, renewal, and modification. This involves acting as the primary point of contact for government offices, ensuring that all company operations and employee matters adhere strictly to government rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities and communications with relevant government agencies on all referred matters.
- Respond to inquiries from government representatives, providing accurate information about the organization, its operations, and employees.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between company departments and government bodies.
- Guide company employees on government formalities and assist with company-related matters to ensure proper official communications.
- Represent the company in governmental affairs, operating within the authority granted by management.
- Support other Government Relations representatives in tasks and activities related to government interactions to maintain business flow.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all activities and interactions with governmental agencies for future reference.
- Cultivate and maintain regular contact with key government officials, developing an understanding of their backgrounds to effectively convey company objectives and address issues.
- Address and coordinate issues concerning expatriate employees that require liaison and representation with government departments.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to resolve governmental issues.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in government relations or a similar liaison role.
Work Environment
This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within Musanadah Facilities Management. The role involves frequent external engagement with government offices and internal collaboration with various company departments.
