About the Head of Product Role at Tamra Capital

Tamra Capital is seeking a Head of Product to lead the end-to-end product experience. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The role demands a strategic and hands-on leader capable of delivering intuitive, user-centric product solutions from initial customer insight through to execution.

Role Mandate and Strategic Focus

The successful candidate will drive product innovation and ensure that every experience delivered is polished, high-impact, and aligned with Tamra Capital's brand identity and business goals. This involves close partnership with design, engineering, and various business stakeholders to translate vision into tangible product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company and business objectives.
• Translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into clear, prioritized product plans.
• Collaborate with designers on app design, UX/UI, and interaction patterns to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Establish a data-driven product culture by defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior, conducting experiments (A/B tests), and utilizing analytics for decision-making.
• Lead product discovery processes, including customer engagement, feedback synthesis, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Partner with engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and efficiently ship features, balancing development speed with quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure product initiatives support broader business goals.
• Build and potentially lead a product team as the function expands within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated product sense with a strong focus on usability, simplicity, and customer experience.
• Solid understanding of app design and UX/UI principles, with proven experience in close collaboration with designers.
• A data-driven mindset, including hands-on experience defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior, running experiments, and using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
• Ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into an actionable product roadmap and execution plan.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort in engaging directly with executive leadership.

Advantageous Skills and Background

• Experience building or scaling consumer fintech or mobile-first products is strongly preferred.
• Background in investment services, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations specific to fintech products.
• Experience scaling a product function or building a product team from inception.
