Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a furnished apartments property in Jeddah.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily hotel/apartment operations.

Manage front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Ensure high guest satisfaction and resolve guest complaints.

Monitor occupancy, reservations, and daily reports.

Coordinate with online booking platforms.

Maintain service quality and operational standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or furnished apartments operations.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Leadership and team management skills.

Experience with hotel reservation systems (PMS) is preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues.
