Implementation Engineer

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves deploying, configuring, and integrating software solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring successful implementation of software products on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including resource requirements and risk assessments.
• Prepare and configure software and hardware environments for implementation.
• Install and configure software solutions according to client specifications.
• Customize software settings to align with client business processes.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs during the testing phase.
• Provide training to clients and end-users on software usage and create supporting documentation.
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients during and after implementation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and cross-functional teams on project progress and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis for technical issues, implementing preventive measures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers when necessary.
• Gather feedback for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.
• Prepare regular reports on project status and outcomes.
• Align all decisions and strategies with company leadership.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of software development and integration, including proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients, including clear communication of technical information and requirements gathering.

Work Environment and Conditions

This role is full-time and may require flexibility with working hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines or client needs. Travel to various locations is required to support project implementations, client meetings, and other business activities.
