Interior Designer

About the Role

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an Interior Designer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals who have a background in luxury home and hospitality design. The position involves designing, coordinating, and executing premium interior environments that align with the Sealy brand across the region.

Role Overview

The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating upscale design concepts for various projects, including high-end residential spaces and luxury hospitality environments. This role requires a focus on integrating Sealy’s luxury sleep products into comprehensive design schemes, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, upscale design concepts for high-end residential projects and luxury hospitality/hotel environments.
• Create detailed space plans, layouts, and furniture arrangements to optimize aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
• Select and specify high-quality finishes, color palettes, lighting, textiles, and premium furnishings, ensuring seamless integration of Sealy’s luxury sleep products.
• Present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to corporate clients, hotel developers, and premium retail customers.
• Oversee interior projects from initial brief through to final handover, collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery to high quality standards.
• Produce comprehensive working drawings, construction details, and material specifications using standard design software.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in interior design.
• Demonstrated passion for luxury home and hospitality spaces.
• Proficiency in producing technical documentation, including working drawings and material specifications.
• Ability to manage projects from conceptualization to completion.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. Salary information will be disclosed during the interview process.
