Internal Replenishment Team Leader

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role involves managing and overseeing all replenishment activities within the warehouse to ensure a continuous and accurate flow of stock. The primary objective is to support daily operations and maintain high product availability by efficiently moving stock from bulk storage to picking locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a preference for Retail or FMCG sectors.
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
