About the Role: Inventory Specialist

Taasco International Trading LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage and control inventory for its conveyor belt manufacturing and trading operations in Jeddah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering a salary of ﷼1,800–﷼2,200 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials, finished conveyor belts, spare parts, accessories, and trading products.
• Accurately and promptly record receipts, production consumption, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Verify physical stock against ERP or system records, reconcile differences, and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and reorder levels, coordinating with Purchase and Production to prevent shortages.
• Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving, dead, obsolete, damaged, and excess stock.
• Prepare stock ageing, inventory movement, reconciliation, and variance reports for management.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Dispatch, and Finance on inventory operations.
• Work with Finance to monitor inventory value, dead and excess stock, and working-capital impact.
• Maintain item codes, product specifications, stock locations, delivery points, and inventory master data.
• Utilize inventory controls to minimize discrepancies, excess inventory, dead stock, and stock-outs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and record-keeping skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, rubber products, conveyor belts, or trading is advantageous.
