About the Role: Logistics Specialist

Ferrero is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting the efficient flow of materials and products across inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations. The specialist will ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory records, cost control, regulatory compliance, and high service and quality standards by collaborating with warehouses, suppliers, Quality teams, and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments to ensure the timely receipt of materials.
• Plan and monitor outbound shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track logistics expenses.
• Ensure that documentation is complete and properly organized for audits and reporting.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate service issues when required.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or delivery performance.
• Partner with Quality teams to conduct warehouse audits and inspections.
• Prepare compliance reports.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to customs, regulatory, HSQE, and internal requirements.
