The Role of Maintenance Lead

Kerry Group PLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role supports the Engineering function by overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. The Maintenance Lead ensures that all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising daily maintenance operations.
• Monitor the performance of maintenance staff and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance services and materials.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment inspections, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and controlling maintenance-related costs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and help implement effective solutions.
• Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures, equipment reliability, and facility operations.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Maintenance Lead position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and engineering functions. This experience should include overseeing equipment repair, facility upkeep, and ensuring operational compliance.
