About the Role: Manager IT Development (Oracle Fusion)

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Manager IT Development (Oracle Fusion) to join its IT Development team. This full-time leadership position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and plays a critical role in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud application initiatives.

Role Overview and Impact

This role is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across various enterprise business domains, including Finance, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Procurement. The Manager IT Development ensures that all initiatives align with SNB's business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and regulatory requirements. The position involves providing technical leadership, managing development resources and vendors, and overseeing successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Fusion development teams responsible for application enhancements, integrations, extensions, and production support.
• Define development strategies, technical standards, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, EPD, Information Security, and IT Operations to deliver business solutions.
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Manage Oracle Fusion releases, patches, upgrades, and impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, audit requirements, and banking regulations.
• Review and approve technical solution designs, integrations, customizations, and extensions.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor system performance, application availability, and service levels, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and emerging technologies.
• Mentor technical teams, develop staff capabilities, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT development, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in Oracle Fusion initiatives.
• Experience in managing development resources and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards, security policies, audit requirements, and banking regulations.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively lead development teams and collaborate with various stakeholders within The Saudi National Bank.
