This full-time Managing Director role is based in Makkah, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

The Role of Managing Director

The Managing Director will hold full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, leading all aspects of manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain operations. This position requires strong factory-floor leadership combined with strategic commercial decision-making to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production efficiency and quality assurance.
• Manage procurement, sales, and distribution functions.
• Improve operational margins across the business.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities within teams.
• Drive disciplined execution across plant and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with shareholders on strategic growth initiatives, including capacity expansion and new product lines.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must demonstrate senior leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG production environments. The ideal candidate will combine operational depth with commercial awareness and proven people leadership skills.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Senior leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production.
• Strong exposure to plant operations, quality standards, and supply chain management.
• A track record of managing large workforces and delivering performance improvements.
• Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.
