About the Real Estate Platform

The Marketing Director will lead marketing efforts for a growing real estate development platform. This platform encompasses a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments located across Saudi Arabia. The role is central to defining the market presence and expansion of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Positioning and launching large-scale real estate developments.
• Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media, and activations.
• Driving customer insights, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Managing agencies, budgets, and marketing performance.
• Partnering closely with senior leadership, development, sales, and commercial teams.
• Building and strengthening corporate and project-level brands.

Required Experience and Background

• 10 to 12 years of marketing experience.
• Strong background in real estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury, or other consumer-facing sectors.
• Proven experience marketing large-scale projects or portfolios.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise across brand, digital, communications, and integrated marketing.
• Saudi experience is strongly preferred.
