Marketing Executive

About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue through sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote internal and external awareness of the brand image.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell customers and offer enhancements for an improved guest experience or event.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation for their patronage (*, rewards points, show tickets).
• Answer guest questions regarding property facilities and services.
• Receive, record, and accurately relay messages.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
