The Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a full-time Merchandiser to join our growing team in Jeddah, Makkah, and Riyadh. This role is essential for ensuring excellent in-store execution and maximizing the visibility and availability of our brands within retail environments. The Merchandiser will play a key part in upholding merchandising standards and supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits according to the assigned route plan.
• Ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Implement approved planograms and merchandising standards.
• Install promotional displays and in-store marketing materials.
• Monitor pricing, shelf share, and competitor activities.
• Maintain excellent shelf presentation, stock rotation, and product freshness.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure effective in-store execution.
• Submit daily field reports and store photos.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FMCG Merchandiser.
• Proven experience working with Modern Trade accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in Premium Snacks and Branded FMCG Products is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Modern Trade execution standards.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with primary operations covering retail locations in Jeddah, Makkah, and Riyadh. The role requires regular field visits across these cities.
