About the Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our marketing and sales team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for enhancing the presence of our products at various points of sale and ensuring an optimal display experience for customers. We are looking for a candidate with 0-1 years of experience who is ready to contribute to our market visibility and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and organize company products on shelves in stores and points of sale according to approved display standards.
• Ensure continuous product availability and stock replenishment.
• Monitor expiry dates and facilitate the withdrawal of expired or damaged products.
• Install promotional and advertising materials, including posters, display shelves, and signs.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with store owners and managers.
• Prepare periodic reports on display status and competitor activities in the market.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to improve product distribution strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Must hold Saudi nationality, as this position is exclusively for Saudi citizens in accordance with labor law.
• Previous experience in field marketing or shelf merchandising is required, with a preference for experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform field work and travel efficiently between various points of sale.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with store personnel and team members.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Compensation and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary offered for this role ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 Saudi Riyals, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
