About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Operations Executive, Amazon Now to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves contributing to a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching new business models within Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations across AMET. The successful candidate will play a key role in redefining fast delivery services and managing 3P Store Operations.

Role Context and Mission

This position is integral to building and running a new service for Amazon customers, ensuring the consistent implementation and administration of Amazon policies, including attendance tracking. The role focuses on motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety to meet or exceed Amazon's operational expectations. The overall mission is to enable Amazon customers to find, discover, and buy anything online, ensuring efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end last-mile operations for either one large site or a combination of smaller sites, supervising last-mile dispatch operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and cost targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management for team members and Delivery Service Partner (DSP) partners.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for Delivery Associates (DAs).
• Work closely with DSPs to continuously improve the operations process and achieve sustained performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores on a daily basis.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in an operations role, demonstrating a strong record of achieving results. The position requires an individual capable of managing complex operational tasks and driving team performance within a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) Last Mile operations in KSA. The role involves working within a dynamic team that is building and running new delivery services for Amazon customers.
