Performance & Innovation Manager

About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Performance & Innovation Manager to drive enterprise-wide clinic performance, innovation, and operational excellence. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah Region, involves providing actionable insights, managing key healthcare projects, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring robust governance across polyclinics. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on aligning operations with strategic objectives and regulatory standards while enhancing patient care and organizational competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics, including KPIs for patient care, lab and biomedical utilization, wellness services, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track performance, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinic performance, ROI, and improvement opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Support quarterly and annual target-setting for clinics and physicians, aligning with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify inefficiencies or potential loss, including resource utilization and budget adherence.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives and advise leadership on mitigation strategies for financial and operational risks.
• Analyze operational and clinical data to detect anomalies or potential compliance risks, such as billing, attendance, or process deviations.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and care delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare projects aimed at enhancing clinic performance, patient experience, or operational processes.
• Manage internal communication channels, prepare performance insights and innovation updates, and facilitate workshops to support initiatives.

Innovation and Project Management

This role is central to driving innovation within the polyclinics. Responsibilities include developing business cases and roadmaps for new initiatives, considering technological trends and regulatory compliance. The manager will serve as a focal point for system enhancement and troubleshooting, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders. Project management duties involve developing project charters, plans, and risk assessments, ensuring execution, monitoring, and closure in line with defined objectives and timelines. The role also includes coordinating cross-functional teams and documenting lessons learned to inform future initiatives.

Compliance and Payment Oversight

The Performance & Innovation Manager will oversee fraud analysis and compliance monitoring by tracking incidents, supporting investigative activities, and monitoring corrective actions. Periodic field validation and collaboration with stakeholders are essential, with unresolved issues escalated for governance oversight. The role also contributes to organizational compliance readiness and regulatory reporting. Furthermore, it ensures accurate calculation and administration of incentives, overtime, part-time, and outsourced employee payments, collaborating with operational and HR teams to validate data and ensure timely reporting.

Experience Required

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in performance management, innovation, or project management within a healthcare context.

Work Environment

• Work is primarily indoors (100%).
• The work schedule is 6 days a week, with 1 day off.
• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
