Performance & Innovation Manager

About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Performance & Innovation Manager to drive enterprise-wide clinic performance, innovation, and operational excellence. This full-time role, based in Makkah and Jeddah, involves providing actionable insights, managing key healthcare projects, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring robust governance across polyclinics. The manager will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory standards, and organizational priorities, while enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting across all clinics, including KPIs for patient care, lab and biomedical utilization, wellness services, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to track lead and lag measures, support forecasting, and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify areas of inefficiency or potential loss, including resource utilization and budget adherence.
• Analyze operational and clinical data to detect anomalies or potential compliance risks, such as billing, attendance, or process deviations.
• Ensure accurate calculation and administration of incentives, overtime, part-time, and outsourced employee payments in line with budgets and organizational policies.
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and care delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare projects aimed at enhancing clinic performance, patient experience, or operational processes.
• Manage internal communication channels within the department, including email groups, acknowledgments, and performance-related updates.

Performance and Loss Prevention

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinic performance, ROI, and improvement opportunities, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Support quarterly and annual target-setting for clinics and physicians, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives, supporting leadership in prioritizing investments that maximize value.
• Oversee outsource payments and utilization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational budgets.
• Advise leadership on mitigation strategies to minimize financial and operational risks.

Innovation and Project Management

• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and roadmaps for new initiatives, considering technological trends, organizational needs, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a focal point for system enhancement and troubleshooting, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality and adoption.
• Track innovation project outcomes to assess ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop project charters, plans, and risk assessments, and ensure execution, monitoring, and closure in line with defined objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in identifying and implementing innovative healthcare solutions.
• Strong project management skills, including managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate communication.

Work Environment

This is an indoor role, requiring 6 working days per week with one day off. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
