Role Overview

The PR and Events Officer is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of public relations activities and Group-level events for Fakeeh Care Group. This role ensures effective media engagement, high-quality event delivery, and consistent brand representation across all PR and event initiatives, while aligning with the Group's strategic objectives, governance, and approved messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute public relations initiatives in alignment with Fakeeh Care Group’s communication strategy and brand guidelines.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee press releases, media stories, success stories, and corporate announcements in collaboration with Group Digital Marketing and Communications.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for media relations, coordinating press visits, interviews, and media coverage.
• Plan, manage, and execute Group-level events including conferences, exhibitions, forums, graduations, and strategic activations.
• Oversee event planning activities including timelines, vendors, logistics, branding, content, and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate closely with creative, digital, and media production teams to ensure integrated PR and event delivery.
• Ensure all PR materials, event communications, and public messaging comply with Fakeeh Care Group brand guidelines and approved narratives.
• Manage external PR agencies, event vendors, and partners to ensure quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Track and evaluate the impact of PR and event activities, including media coverage, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Prepare reports and insights on PR and event performance for Group leadership review.
• Support crisis communication and sensitive public-facing initiatives in coordination with Group leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance PR visibility, event impact, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage allocated PR and event budgets in line with approved plans and Group policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Required Experience
