PR & Influencers Relation Officer

About the Role

Match is seeking a PR & Influencers Relation Officer to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves close collaboration with global PR and social media teams, as well as external agency partners.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and expand the company's influencer marketing initiatives. The officer will be responsible for identifying and securing key influencer partnerships to support social media, marketing, and revenue objectives, while also enhancing brand presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key influencers and secure partnerships to achieve social, marketing, and revenue goals.
• Develop the influencer marketing strategy, including action plans, workflow definitions, and types of promotional materials for influencers.
• Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between influencers/followers and the communication/marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with specific audiences.
• Improve influencer content strategy by collaborating with cross-functional partners in social, marketing, creative, and merchandise departments.
• Leverage influencer relationships to expand the brand’s presence on social media platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, and identify new partnership opportunities and channels.
• Monitor the success of influencer programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform any additional work as requested by the direct manager.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in public relations and influencer relations. A strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies is essential for this role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
