About Nutrili and the Role

Nutrili is a rapidly expanding wellness brand that develops science-backed products, with teams operating in Dubai and Riyadh. This full-time position for a Creator Partnerships Executive is based in Riyadh, where the commercial and growth teams are focused on scaling the brand across the GCC and beyond. The role involves developing and managing Nutrili's creator ecosystem across various platforms and markets, aiming to establish long-term partnerships that enhance brand equity and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Nutrili’s creator strategy for both ongoing and campaign-specific activations.
• Assist in managing a network of creators, ranging from micro to top-tier, ensuring alignment with brand values and aesthetics.
• Develop clear and effective briefs to guide the creation of authentic, high-quality content.
• Support creator seeding and gifting programs, including sourcing, personalization, logistics, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate creators into product launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Support regional and seasonal activations across the GCC.
• Track and analyze creator performance across platforms and affiliate tools.
• Optimize campaigns based on engagement, conversions, and qualitative insights.
• Translate performance learnings into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
• Report on key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and sales impact.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated understanding of the creator economy.
• Ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments.
• Capacity to balance creative initiatives with commercial objectives.
